Control Panel FabricatorWe are seeking a skilled Control Panel Fabricator to build, wire, and assemble industrial control panels based on engineering drawings and schematics. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, functional panels used in automation and electrical systems across various industries.Why This Role MattersControl panels are the backbone of industrial automation. A strong fabricator ensures:Systems run safely and efficientlyInstallations meet electrical codes and client specificationsProjects stay on schedule without costly reworkKey ResponsibilitiesAssemble and fabricate electrical control panels, enclosures, and subassembliesInterpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawingsMount components such as PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, and power suppliesPerform point-to-point wiring and cable routingLabel wires and components according to standardsConduct quality checks and basic testing of completed panelsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issuesRequired Qualifications2 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assemblyAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprintsFamiliarity with industrial components (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, etc.)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic understanding of electrical codes and safety standardsPreferred QualificationsTechnical school or certification in electrical technology or related fieldExperience with UL508A standards (or similar)Prior experience in a manufacturing or automation environmentWork EnvironmentShop/manufacturing settingMay require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbsLocation: Bethlehem, PA - Known for its rich history, vibrant arts scene, and strong industrial heritage, Bethlehem offers a unique blend of cultural attractions and a welcoming community.Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
