What You'll Do Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals Design custom kitchens and bathrooms that reflect each customer's vision and budget Utilize 2020 Design software to create layouts, specifications, and pricing using multiple cabinet lines Prepare accurate product quotations and manage product ordering and tracking Conduct design consultations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Process sales transactions through the point-of-sale system Serve as a product and process resource for Sales Associates Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and cabinet installers to ensure successful project execution Organize and maintain project documentation and records Manage department pricing, displays, and merchandising Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through project completion What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of kitchen and bath design experience , including project management and collaboration with cabinet installers Minimum of 3 years of experience using 2020 Design software to design and quote projects across multiple cabinet catalogs Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Degree in Interior Design preferred, but not required Industry certifications are a plus Experience specifying and ordering plumbing fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms is preferred Portfolio Requirement Candidates must submit a design portfolio that demonstrates their creativity, design capabilities, and proficiency with 2020 Design software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
