This position is located at West Los Angeles, CA.Details for the position are as follows:Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Manufacturing (Recruiter I)Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – Onsite Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)Pay Rate: $30/hour (W2)Duration: 6-Month Contract with Possible Extension Job Description Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and technical positions in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities for engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and technology positions while managing multiple active requisitions. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and technical roles. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Handshake, and other recruiting platforms. Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and support hiring decisions. Manage 10+ active requisitions simultaneously. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and build technical talent pipelines. Maintain accurate candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Support offer coordination, background checks, onboarding, and recruiting metrics. Participate in recruiting initiatives including career fairs, networking events, and process improvement projects. Education Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience in a technical industry, OR High School Diploma with 7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience in a technical industry. Required Skills 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or high-volume corporate recruiting environment. Experience recruiting for manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, technology, or other technical positions. Technical recruiting lifecycle management. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar platforms. Candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Handshake, and related recruiting tools. Experience managing 10+ concurrent requisitions. Recruiting pipeline development and talent sourcing strategies. Candidate screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding coordination. Recruiting metrics, reporting, and ATS data management. Ability to work a hybrid schedule with onsite presence Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Preferred Skills Manufacturing recruiting experience. Aerospace or defense industry recruiting. Experience supporting high-growth organizations. Recruiting analytics and data-driven hiring strategies. Compensation benchmarking and market research.
