Moments Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN Clinical Manager/Team Director to lead an interdisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, and volunteers. You will ensure holistic, compliant care and coordinate with families, physicians, and other providers. Ideal candidates hold an RN license with at least 3 years in healthcare, hospice experience preferred, a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, and leadership experience is a major plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
