Financial Analyst Jr

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities for various business programs and projects * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and financial insights * Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation * Support project financial planning and monitoring activities * Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of financial information * Collaborate with team members to support business and financial objectives * Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling * Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required * Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Skills:

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting * Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Effective communication and teamwork abilities * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field * 1-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related functions * Experience with financial reporting and data analysis
