Day to day responsibilities include monitoring policies and procedures related to inventory auditing, reviewing audit results, interfacing with the on-site auditor and outsource vendor, reviewing and evaluating of audit data, recognizing risk within the audit data, reporting on audit trends, and establishing appropriate courses of action to limit risk. The Analyst works independently in making decisions and has the authority to waive situations that warrant such action. They will work in conjunction with cross-departmental teams involved in portfolio monitoring/commercial account management, workouts, and status accounts. In addition, the Analyst will be responsible for meeting departmental risk management goals and objectives.In this role you will: Review and evaluate the floorplan inventory audit resultsMonitor portfolio performance, evaluate audit and related data to identify and communicate high risk situationsRecommends appropriate audit frequency based on policy and apparent riskParticipates in on-site audits where risk necessitates involvementReports on audit related dataInterfaces with dealer personnel to clear audit exceptionsSupports inventory floorplan aspects of problem account handling, including dealers with status of SOT, bankruptcy, or liquidationSupports workout group in managing liquidationsParticipates in the onsite due diligence and dealership monitoring processes as neededEvaluates and reports on performance of audit vendor for scheduling and quality metrics purposesFull timePosting Date: 2026-07-07
