Physical Therapist

Job Details Job Location: North - Houston, TX 77069. Salary Range: $50.00 - $65.00 Work Overview We are looking for a Physical Therapist who will be responsible for the delivery of quality patient care according to the patient’s individual physician orders. Patient care may involve evaluations, administering prescribed treatments and therapies, care planning, communication with other members of the patient’s multidisciplinary team, coordination of care, health promotion, and teaching and training family members. Key Responsibilities Provide Physical Therapy services as prescribed by the patient’s physician Provide a written evaluation defining Physical Therapy needs, goals and expected outcomes in conjunction with the referring physician’s plan of treatment Follow policies and procedures and adhere to all applicable patient care standards, licensure regulations and state laws Develop a written plan of care for Physical Therapy with reasonable goals and outcomes Maintain and adjust the plan of care as needed for assigned patients according to identified Physical Therapy goals and outcomes Maintain patient and company confidentiality Maintain effective communication between staff, healthcare team members, and family Participate in coordination of services (including discharge planning), with health care team, physicians, patient/guardians, nurses and others Benefits Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Critical Illness 24 Hour Accident Life Insurance and more!
