Your Responsibilities

• Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle from initial intake to final placement.
• Partner with Clients to deeply understand their hiring needs, obstacles, and company culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS and your personal network.
• Utilize Our Platform effectively for managing candidates, tracking outreach, automating follow-ups, and maintaining your organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield long-term benefits for your clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership to enhance our collective brand identity.
