Hallmark Field Merchandiser (Part‑Time) Location: San Antonio, TX 78253 Job Category: Sales and Sales Operations Requisition Number: HALLM008762 Schedule: Part‑Time, Variable; 13‑15 hours per week; availability required before/after major holidays, weekends, and for seasonal resetovers. Salary: $12.00‑$14.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Your Role and Responsibilities Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in assigned stores across various retail formats. Maintain the entire Hallmark product display, including engagement with store employees, management, and customers. Provide holiday support during peak periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) including working on holidays and extended hours. Participate in department resets, installations, and remodel assignments, often scheduled two weeks in advance and possibly occurring evenings or weekends. Support team members within the network as needed. Physical Requirements Physically demanding: push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Requires kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and using step ladders throughout the workday. Basic Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to operate a digital handheld device for reading documents and interacting with software. Access to Wi‑Fi network and internet. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
