AITasking: Remote Generalist AI Trainer

At AITasking, we’re building the next generation of AI, and we need sharp, talented people like you to help us get there. Responsibilities Write clear, natural prompts and responses on all kinds of topics Read and compare AI answers, rate them, and explain how to make them better Spot mistakes, biases, or risky outputs and help fix them Check facts and do quick research to keep everything accurate Follow each project’s guidelines carefully and deliver great work every time Qualifications Required Native-level English and really strong writing skills Previous experience training AI, rating responses, or working with chatbots/LLMs Great attention to detail and good judgment Wide general knowledge (you don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you’re curious and well-read) Reliable, organized, and comfortable working from home Care about quality and can adapt when instructions change Nice to have Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Linguistics, or similar Real experience or deep knowledge in a specific field (science, law, finance, medicine, creative writing, etc.) Pay $22-$36 USD per hour, depending on the project and your experience.
