• 4 10s -- admin time built into work schedule
• Up to 28 patients per 10-hour day -- 15-minute slots
• Mix of acute and preventive care -- newborn to 18 years
• FQHC setting -- experience with FQHC workflows a plus
• Comfort with Medicaid population and 340B pharmacy coordination
• Well-child visits, sports physicals, acute URI/otitis media management
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Hospital privileges required
