Work Environment\nThis position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients. While you will primarily deliver services virtually, you will be integrated into a supportive team that values communication and teamwork. You will be provided with the necessary tools and resources to effectively connect with clients and colleagues, participating in regular team meetings and trainings that strengthen our collective mission.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver comprehensive clinical services to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients set and achieve their mental health goals. \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses, carefully crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans while adhering to company guidelines for documentation and ongoing assessments. \n
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all session notes, treatment reviews, and case documentation, maintaining compliance with company policies. \n
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, educators, medical staff, and fellow therapists to enhance communication and coordination of care. \n
- Engage creatively with clients by developing innovative interventions tailored to their specific needs and aspirations. \n
- Maintain a balanced client caseload with a minimum of 25 client-facing visits each week, allowing for meaningful client interactions while promoting your own work-life balance. \n
- Actively participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and community outreach initiatives to build and strengthen professional relationships. \n
- Respond promptly to communications from the Clinical Director and other leadership staff to ensure continuity in care and organizational objectives. \n
In this role, you will primarily support a diverse student population within a school environment. You will engage with adolescents and their families, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. Your work will not only impact individual students but will also contribute to the overall well-being of the educational community.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required. \n
- An active and independently recognized Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. \n
- Proficiency in utilizing Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems is essential. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries. \n
- Diverse cultural competence and familiarity in engaging with a variety of client backgrounds. \n

- Proven experience in documenting clinical services, including initial assessments, treatment plans, and case notes. \n
- Prior work in a school or educational setting is highly desirable, allowing you to better navigate the unique challenges and opportunities found in that environment. \n
