NanoPro® offers flexible purchasing with no buy-ins or monthly minimums, and installers can establish exclusive territories. Our ceramic coatings are registered to vehicles through CARFAX, supporting transparency and long-term value for customers and partners. Role Description This is a part or full-time, on-site OUTBOUND SALESPERSON role based at Nanopro Corporate Headquarters in Boynton Beach, FL. Qualifications (OUTBOUND SALES SKILLS IS A MUST) Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience in prospecting, closing deals, and managing a sales pipeline. Customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and present complex information clearly. Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn product details, including ceramic coatings, application processes, and automotive industry standards. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate documentation. Prior experience in automotive, coatings, or related manufacturing industries is beneficial but not required. Working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with common office and CRM software tools for tracking leads, orders, and customer interactions. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage. Pay structure and Benefits For the right person. Compensation will include $1,000 a week base salary + commissions. Daily, weekly and monthly sales contests. Company credit card. Monthly company profit sharing.
