Join us and be part of something extraordinary!Position Summary : Operates equipment (i.e. stand up and sit down forklifts, box cutters, measuring devices, PCs, scanners, battery chargers, and changers etc.) used in the normal line set support role. Responsible for presenting all products to WIP via FIFO methodology while also managing returnable and disposable packaging as directed. that inbound direct materials receivedShift: Multiple Shifts (Day & Night Shift)Position Responsibilities:Presents direct material to WIP via FIFO methodology as required and stocks assembly lines per FIFO.Maintains an agreed upon quantity of replenishment stock in the WIP and overflow bins when product is available.Completes all system transactions accurately and in a timely way.Consolidates returnable packaging and places in correct area.Consolidates disposable packaging and delivers it to recycling areaCycle counts inventory and transports scrap as directed.Support Quality/Supplier sorting and 100% inspections conducted at F-Duncan Systems.Moves quality approved inventory to and from inspection area and storage as directed.Maintains a clean work area via the utilization of assertive housekeeping practices.Compliance with all Internal and External Production Quality Management Systems and Group Directives.Completes special projects to meet internal and external customer needs as required.Essential Skills and Experience:Minimum of high school diploma, GED or assessment test score of 12 or higher with at least 6 months On the Job Training (OJT) with ZFMinimum one year material handling experience.Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.Frequently lifts materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Be part of our ZF Foxconn team and apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr Riggs D.C
