Retail Sales Consultant

Overview FT RSC External. This position offers you the chance to advance your sales career by building meaningful connections with customers using AT&T’s full suite of products. You’ll help customers choose the right devices and services to bring families and communities closer together. Key Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor. Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Maintain a flexible schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance. Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on AT&T’s uncapped commission structure. Qualifications Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No prior sales experience? Training, tools and coaching will be provided to help you achieve and exceed goals. Compensation Base rate of $14.25–$16.57 per hour plus up to $13,700+ in commissions for meeting all sales goals. Top sellers can earn $62,460 per year.
