Role Respiratory Therapist II responsible for administering respiratory care, medication, and patient assessment in complex and critical care settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care through assessment, collaboration, and therapy administration, including ventilator management, airway procedures, and arterial blood gas sampling. Educate patients and support staff, mentor new employees, and participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure safe, high-quality care by promoting accurate documentation, medication safety, and evidence-based practices. Assist in invasive and non-invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostics as needed. Contribute to a positive team environment and support a culture of compassionate service. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy preferred. Certifications: NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS required. 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
