Litigation Paralegal

The statewide defense firm of Cole, Scott & Kissane is seeking a defense litigation paralegal with 5+ years of recent defense litigation experience for its Orlando office location. This candidate must be experienced in general liability and be an independent professional. Prior Paralegal experience is required. This paralegal position will require experience and knowledge of the preparation of discovery responses and objections, summarization of medical and other types of records, preparation of medical chronologies, drafting subpoenas to non-parties, public record request, motion drafting, preparation of trial binders and exhibits, ability to assist with large document production, ability to utilize Adobe for electronic production issues and other such litigation paralegal tasks. Proven ability to properly capture time and bill according to client guidelines is necessary. Typing speed must be at least 50 words per minute (minimum).
