Build a solar sales business around the relationships you already have.

SolarBoost.Ai is seeking a motivated sales representative who can find customers, guide homeowner conversations, and help move qualified opportunities toward a completed sale. You own the effort to create your pipeline and follow through with your customers.

You do not need prior solar experience to apply. We provide training resources and SolarBoost.Ai tools to help you learn the process, understand the opportunity, and organize your work. You must complete initial training, demonstrate readiness, and meet the sales requirements for your market before conducting activities that require authorization or registration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Complete the provided training and learn the solar sales process, customer qualification, approved messaging, and the tools used in your role.
• Actively prospect your own customers through outreach, referrals, community relationships, and professional networks.
• Lead customer consultations when authorized and follow up consistently.
• Help customers understand their available options using approved information. Explain material conditions clearly and bring questions to the right person.
• Keep accurate records of prospects, consultations, next steps, and sales activity.
• Take ownership of your pipeline and ask for support when you need it.

WHO THIS ROLE FITS

You are comfortable initiating conversations, earning trust, following through, and working toward measurable results. You are willing to build your own customer pipeline rather than depend on company-provided leads from the start.

We are especially interested in people with an existing business, professional network, client relationships, or book of business. Your current work may give you a strong starting point if you can introduce solar opportunities appropriately, with permission and respect for confidentiality, employer policies, and your existing obligations.

Plan to commit at least 30 hours per week to prospecting, training, customer conversations, follow-up, and pipeline management. You organize your own work and schedule within the requirements of the contractor agreement. We measure progress through agreed launch milestones, activity, customer experience, and sales outcomes.

COMPENSATION AND DRAW AGAINST COMMISSION

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary or guaranteed hourly pay. Commission rates, when a commission is earned and payable, and any cancellation or adjustment provisions are governed by your written agreement.

Our company-reported historical earnings benchmarks, discounted by 20% from the reported results, are approximately $200,000 annually at median performance and $1 million or more annually for the top 10% of earners. These are historical benchmarks, not a guaranteed income, starting salary, or promise that a new representative will achieve the same results. A 30-hour weekly commitment is the expectation for this opportunity; time commitment alone does not establish an earnings entitlement. Your earnings depend on your prospecting, conversion, completed sales, market conditions, and the terms of your commission agreement. Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes and business expenses under that agreement.

Representatives who meet and exceed the initial training, onboarding, and launch goals qualify for the draw-against-commission mechanism under the applicable written draw terms. A draw advances compensation against commissions and is not additional salary. Before a draw is accepted, its amount, payment schedule, eligibility requirements, commission offsets, and treatment of any remaining balance must be provided in writing. Availability depends on achieving the qualifying milestones and the terms of the program.

TRAINING, SUPPORT, AND OPPORTUNITY

• Training resources are provided so people new to solar can build the knowledge needed for the role.
• Assistance is available when requested. You are expected to use the resources and take responsibility for your progress.
• Representatives who demonstrate performance can qualify for company-provided leads and additional tools and support to increase sales. These are performance-based opportunities, not a guaranteed starting lead allocation.
• Our referral program offers an additional way to develop opportunities, subject to its written eligibility and compensation terms.
• Commission earning potential is uncapped under the applicable compensation plan. There is no fixed ceiling on ambition, but earnings depend on completed results.

SolarBoost.Ai is planning an aggressive expansion over the next 6–12 months, with an internal target of 300–700% month-over-month growth in its representative footprint. This is a planning objective, not a guaranteed staffing outcome or promotion. Representatives who complete training, deliver strong results, and demonstrate leadership may earn opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the organization grows.

WORK LOCATION AND SALES ELIGIBILITY

This opportunity is tied to the actual market shown in this posting. Training and digital tools support the role; customer outreach and consultations must follow the approved work arrangements for that territory. Service availability, salesperson registration, and other requirements vary by market. Training completion alone does not authorize regulated sales activity.
