- Design intuitive user experiences for digital products and platforms.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve usability.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Evaluate product performance after launch and recommend enhancements.
- Develop end-to-end customer journey maps.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for process improvements.
- Support projects involving compliance journey mapping.
- Work closely with developers, analysts, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Collaborate throughout design, testing, and implementation phases.
- Develop and test prototypes.
- Validate designs with end users.
- Incorporate user feedback into continuous design improvements.
- Strong UX design experience.
- Strong journey mapping experience.
- Experience with auto retail sales platforms or auto lending platforms.
- Experience using:
- Miro
- UXPressia
- Lucidchart
- Experience creating:
- Journey maps
- Wireframes
- Prototypes
- Experience conducting usability testing.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience analyzing user interactions and improving user experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (experience may substitute for education).
- Experience with compliance mapping.
- Previous experience supporting similar projects.
- Previous experience with similar roles.
