Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-Time, Children & Adolescents)

Schedule/Shift:
1 year contract. Flexible scheduling available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Part-time, 15-20 hours per week (maximum of 750 hours annually)

Position Overview:
Cedar Park Med is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide part-time services for children and adolescents in a supportive, team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with young populations and a passion for helping them improve communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech therapy sessions to children and adolescents
• Collaborate with staff and contribute to a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Complete documentation in accordance with program standards and guidelines
• Provide consultation and support to staff as needed
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and professional standards

Requirements:

• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New York State
• Certification as a NYS Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH)
• Direct clinical experience with children and adolescents
• Ability to integrate effectively into a treatment team and collaborate across disciplines
• Completion of required onboarding forms, background checks, and health clearances (including PPD/TB test and flu vaccine)
