Automotive Cashier | Service Receptionist | Customer Service Representative
Grand Prix Subaru – VIP Automotive Group
Grand Prix Subaru is hiring an experienced Automotive Cashier / Service Clerk / Customer Service Representative to support our high-volume service department. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive dealerships, cashiering, billing, or administrative support .
???? Key Responsibilities- Process cash, credit card, and check payments
- Reconcile repair orders, invoices, and daily transactions
- Maintain accurate service and parts documentation
- Close out open invoices and ensure accuracy
- Provide professional customer service and issue resolution
- Assist with phone coverage and internal coordination
- Support administrative functions for service & parts departments
5-Day Work Week (Must Be Flexible):
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Day off during the week + Sunday off
- $20.00 per hour
- Dealership experience preferred
- Experience in cash handling, billing, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
