We're seeking dependable Machine Operators who take pride in their work, show up ready to perform, and want long-term stability. What You'll Do- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tools
- Make machine adjustments to maintain production standards
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report maintenance concerns
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Manufacturing, machine operation, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machinery quickly
- Experience using measuring tools and reading specifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed
- Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
