As an Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager - Civil, you will:

• Support the execution of heavy civil and infrastructure projects
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare reports and communicate updates to stakeholders

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Civil should have:

• 3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (required)
• Proven track record on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, or site development
• Strong knowledge of Building and Construction processes in heavy civil environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced jobsite setting
• Experience supporting project teams as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
• Heavy civil experience is mandatory-candidates without direct heavy civil project exposure will not be considered.
