Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Multiple Shifts Available | Branford-Clinton Area

We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a residential setting. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy making a meaningful impact while working in a supportive team environment.

Schedule:

• Multiple shifts available
• Weekend availability is required
• Flexibility to work assigned schedules as needed

Location Requirements:

• Must be comfortable traveling between Branford and Clinton, CT
• Required to complete 4 days of daytime training at the main office in Branford before starting regular shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting including ADL's when/if necessary
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence
• Support community engagement and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
• Document services and communicate effectively with team members

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Weekend availability required
• 6+ months experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
• Comfortable assisting with feeding, bathing, and toileting when/if needed
• PMT (Physical Management Training) certification preferred, but training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between locations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
