• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for clients, ensuring assessments are thorough and solutions-oriented.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches to address diverse mental health issues.

• Provide counseling to a variety of groups, including individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on creating a safe and nurturing space for personal exploration.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and staying updated on the latest trends and research in mental health.

Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly within a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to manage client information.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
