About the Role:

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other patient care services. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Monitor residents' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Provide personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all medication administered and vital signs taken
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive high-quality care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
