Account Manager - Entry Level

Job Description

Forrest Logistics is growing, and we’re looking for recent college graduates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, learn the industry, and grow with us.

At Forrest Logistics, we believe every shipment is a chance to build trust and deliver great service. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’ll be part of the team that makes it all happen, working directly with customers and carrier partners to ensure smooth, reliable freight moves every day.

This is a fast-paced, people-first role designed for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build real relationships, and contribute to a company that values innovation, collaboration, and career growth.

What you'll do

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
Coordinate and track shipments from start to finish
Negotiate pricing and secure transportation partners
Resolve issues with confidence and clear communication
Support timely billing and documentation
Monitor equipment use and shipment details

A quick learner with strong multitasking, time management and problem-solving skills
A clear, confident communicator who enjoys working with people
Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, team-focused environment
Organized, dependable, and ready to take initiative
Bachelor's degree preferred
