Role: Compassionate Registered Nurse for the OB team. You will provide comprehensive care to women and newborns across labor, delivery, and postpartum, ensuring safe, family-centered birth experiences. Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of fetal and maternal status Administer medications and provide clinically appropriate interventions Collaborate with physicians and allied professionals to coordinate care Educate patients and families, supporting informed decision-making Advocate for individualized care plans and uphold evidence-based practice Support maternal and newborn wellbeing during labor, delivery, and recovery Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and patient monitoring skills Ability to administer medications safely and respond to changing conditions Effective communication and compassionate, patient-centered bedside care Team collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare providers Commitment to evidence-based standards and ongoing professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
