About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the financial and business transformation of one of its portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial and business plans, and providing in-depth analysis, insights, and guidance to the Board of Directors. This role is key to the company's investment thesis, which focuses on transforming the business and driving scale through both inorganic and organic methods. The CFO will be expected to integrate and rebrand acquisitions, and to work closely with the private equity sponsor to ensure the company's growth and success. The ideal CFO for this position will be a passionate and committed leader with a strong will to win, capable of honoring the company's past while steering it into a successful future. A background in manufacturing, with experience as the top financial leader of a PE-backed manufacturing company or as the number two financial leader within a larger PE-backed manufacturing business, is highly valued. The candidate should have a well-rounded finance experience, with a particular emphasis on a strong accounting background, and a tenure of 15-25+ years of progressive career success. The role demands a strategic thinker who can drive the company's financial strategy and operations, and who is adept at managing the financial aspects of a business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
