What You Need to Bring (The Qualifications): 5+ Years in the Trenches: Proven, hard-hitting experience as a professional Automotive Mechanic. Technical Mastery: Deep, practical understanding of advanced automotive mechanical systems and powertrain components. Tool Proficiency: Total mastery over your hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Elite Professionalism: A customer-first mindset.
