Job Full Description

Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/HR

Duties:

Lead and supervise custodial teams to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
Train new employees on company procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
Perform daily cleaning duties including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, restroom maintenance, and detail cleaning of walls, blinds, and other surfaces.
Plan workload and implement action plans at client accounts to meet service standards.
Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Prior custodial experience preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong physical condition with trunk strength, flexibility, manual dexterity, and static strength.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects averaging 50-75 pounds.
