Patent Litigation Associate

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate to join its established Intellectual Property team. The practice represents clients in complex patent disputes across a broad range of industries, including technology, software, telecommunications, manufacturing, and financial services. Attorneys in the group handle both offensive and defensive patent litigation matters, including competitor disputes and claims brought by non-practicing entities. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes litigation alongside experienced IP practitioners. The team regularly works with cutting-edge technologies and represents a diverse client base ranging from emerging companies to multinational organizations.
