Practice Manager
A growing, national, ethnic plastic and keloid surgery company is looking to add to our team! We seek a high energy, motivated and experienced Plastic Surgery Practice Manager/Sales Consultant with a proven track record of excellence. Our niche is in treating patients of color along with keloid removal surgery.
Our Practice Managers are the face of our offices and the pride of our organization. You will work hand in hand with our outstanding board-certified physicians to inform, educate and inspire potential patients to move forward with confidence to book procedures. This is a full time hybrid position. Part of the position will be in office 3-4 days per week and the other days will be out of the office selling our services to other doctors offices and or locations.
Do you have a record of success in consultative and or cosmetic dental or surgery sales and are looking for an unlimited earning opportunity? This incredible, commission-based position could be for you! Our consultants have potential of making upwards of 6 figures!
The successful candidate will model confidence, emotional intelligence, outstanding interpersonal communication skills and an excellent work ethic. Your ability to connect with people and build strong relationships will be what sets you apart and allows you to maximize revenue and patient retention and minimize patient cancellations. You owe it to yourself to learn more before this position is filled.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 2+ years consultative sales experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
