Manages multiple tasks while communicating direction set by the store manager. Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operations. Flexible schedule availability (holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours). Basic computer skills. Physical Requirements and/or Environment Lift up to 40 lbs regularly from floor to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment. Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull and repeat lifting frequently. Remain mobile on sales floor for extended periods. Maintain knowledge of retail practices to keep operations smooth.
