Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized entry while maintaining accurate logs and clear communication with site contacts. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or property‑related issues. Assist with deliveries, contractor access, and after‑hours entry requests in accordance with location procedures while supporting an orderly flow of people and vehicles. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
