About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Actuarial Pricing. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the portfolio profitability of various products, monitoring rate changes, and conducting research to enhance pricing strategies. This pivotal role requires a professional with an ACAS or FCAS designation and a minimum of 8 years' experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analysis and statistical concepts, as well as proven leadership experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and VBA is essential for this position. Applicants for the AVP, Actuarial Pricing role at the company should be adept at using their technical skills to drive the pricing process and improve the overall profitability of the business. The role demands a strategic thinker who can not only assess the current pricing structure but also proactively seek and implement ways to enhance it.
