Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with aerospace manufacturing experience to develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and support production processes. The role will focus on creating 2D Manufacturing Work Instructions from 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs, along with supporting tooling, process planning, and MES activities.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI) using 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs.
Develop and maintain Tool Matrix Lists covering tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment required for production.
Support Solumina MES conversion, implementation, and data migration activities.
Develop and maintain routings, process plans, and manufacturing documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and IT teams to support manufacturing processes.
Ensure manufacturing documentation and processes align with AS9100 and customer requirements.
Validate manufacturing documentation and support engineering change management.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, efficiency, and product quality.

Required Skills

Aerospace manufacturing experience.
Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI).
2D manufacturing documentation.
Experience working with 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs.
Tooling, fixtures, and gauges experience.
Process planning and manufacturing documentation.
Knowledge of AS9100 requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

Solumina MES experience.
MES conversion or implementation experience.
Data migration experience.
Experience with routings and process plans.
Engineering change management.
Experience with Enovia, Teamcenter, or Windchill.
Experience working with BOMs and manufacturing data.
