Wellness Coordinator - School Health Services

The Wellness Coordinator collaborates with school nurses, school administration, and clinical teams to plan, organize, and implement school-based health transportation plans that expand health care access. The coordinator provides day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and logistics pertaining to school health transportation process, and travels between schools regularly. 40 Hours/Week during the school year with summers off, 0.8FTE. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Coordinates project meetings and communicates updates to team members. Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues. Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project. Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.
