PTI is looking for dependable drivers to safely transport railroad crew members where they need to go. We provide the vehicle, pay for the fuel, and teach you everything you need to know to get there safely. What Exactly Is a Crew Transport Driver?

Railroad crew members need safe, reliable transportation between rail yards, hotels, and other destinations, and that’s where you come in.

You’ll drive a company-provided passenger vehicle, complete trips that vary in length and timing, and help railroad employees reach their destinations safely. It’s a unique part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, prefers a little variety, and wants to make extra money without sitting behind a desk.

A Day Behind the Wheel

• Pick up and transport railroad crew members
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience
• Communicate with the PTI Command Center
• Help keep trips moving efficiently and on time
• Open and close vehicle doors and hatches for passengers
• Inspect the vehicle and report any concerns

Our ideal candidate must:

· Be at least 21 years old

· Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related)

· Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check

· Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance is achieved
