Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - SNF/LTC - $1,471 per week

Job Overview Centra Healthcare Allied (Centra Healthcare Solutions) is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13‑week assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position requires a current PTA license in Oklahoma or an immediate application for licensure and is available ASAP. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy assistance in a skilled nursing facility / long‑term care setting. Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission and critical goals into daily performance. Work a 40‑hour week (8‑hour days) in a travel contract, days position. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a PTA specializing in SNF / LTC. Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice (Oklahoma). Licensed or in the process of obtaining PTA licensure in Oklahoma.
