Our best-in-class benefits and superior compensation are what set us apart from the competition and continue to attract top industry talent.Industry-leading performance-based bonus program100% employer-funded ESOP to all associatesTraditional and Roth 401kTuition reimbursement for associatesScholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel1-week paid volunteer leave each year & 100% charitable matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance coverage3 weeks of vacation100% paid 12-week maternity leaveA Day In The LifeTake ownership of mechanical scopes from post-design through construction and startupReview subcontractor bids and proposals to confirm scope completeness, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with project requirementsReview mechanical submittals and shop drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract documentsTrack equipment procurement, submittals, and fabrication status to ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve issues and prevent schedule impactsVisit project sites as needed to verify installations align with design intent, plans, and company quality standardsManage RFIs, submittals, and change orders throughout the construction phaseCoordinate with internal teams, field personnel, and project stakeholders keep projects moving efficientlyParticipate in project meetings and provide clear updates on status, risks, and next steps for mechanical scopesSupport field quality control and assist with inspections to ensure proper installationAssist with preconstruction and estimating efforts as needed (not a primary responsibility)Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detailNecessary Qualifications3-5+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction, MEP, HVAC, piping, or related commercial/industrial project environmentsStrong working knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and equipment procurementAbility to review bids, submittals, and installation workExperience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams in a fast-paced environmentHighly responsive, communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of project executionProficiency with construction/project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferredBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldAbility to travel to project sites nationwide as neededMake Your MoveARCO is a premier, full-service design-build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
