There's no cold calling or door-to-door sales. You'll connect with members who have requested information and help make the process simple and easy to understand.

What You'll Do

• Connect with members who have requested information about their benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Learn about each member's needs and priorities
• Explain available benefit programs in a clear and professional manner
• Help clients understand their options and complete the enrollment process
• Provide ongoing support and build positive client relationships
• Develop valuable communication, leadership, and client-service skills

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• Basic computer proficiency
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check
