About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Line Cook to join our team at a hotel in Charleston, SC. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality food and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements: Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Reliable and punctual
