Client Support Coordinator, Print & Packaging Operations

Core impact

• Own customer communications by phone and email.
• Address product, pricing, estimate, order, and delivery inquiries.
• Enter new orders with speed and precision.
• Create and submit accurate estimates/quotations using our company systems.
• Audit orders for correct specs, quantities, pricing, shipping details, and requested delivery dates.
• Confirm details with customers; obtain missing info to prevent delays.
• Issue confirmations, status updates, and any requested documentation.
• Coordinate closely with sales, estimating, production, shipping, and other departments.
• Monitor open orders; communicate potential delays, changes, or issues to all stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records for customers, orders, estimates, and communications.
• Resolve discrepancies and service issues quickly and professionally.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of Unifoil’s products, services, pricing, and processes.
• Follow up diligently when additional information or approvals are needed.
• Champion a positive, responsive, and professional customer experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service, order entry, estimating, sales support, or related roles.
• Manufacturing, printing, packaging, or other order-driven industry experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Exposure to estimating, ERP, order-management, or CRM systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
