- Support engineering teams with assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and modification of electro-mechanical systems and prototypes.
- Perform diagnostics using schematics, diagrams, technical documentation, and verbal instructions.
- Conduct testing, collect data, and assist with engineering evaluations and design improvements.
- Support implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and manufacturing process improvements.
- Create and update work instructions, training materials, and technical documentation.
- Participate in engineering design reviews and provide feedback on product performance and manufacturability.
- Develop CAD models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials using SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D CAD software.
- Assist with tooling, fixture, and prototype design projects.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; coursework toward an Engineering degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an electro-mechanical, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
- Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
