Eligible physicians may pursue an opportunity to purchase an interest in their accounts receivable after 36 months of employment, subject to performance requirements and mutually agreed terms.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
