GENERAL MANAGER (Mfg./Dist. / #1 Role / Full P&L Responsibility)

GENERAL MANAGER (Manufacturing / Distribution / #1 Role / Full P&L Responsibility...including sales team)

(Salary $150 - $200K, 25-50%+ real bonus potential, full P&L and team responsibility, attractive culture and entrepreneurial work environment)

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include :

Full P&L responsibility
Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree
5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
Full P&L experience
Excellent leadership, management and people development experience
