Overview Fitness Together Lynnfield is hiring a certified Personal Trainer to join our team of educated, experienced, and passionate fitness professionals. Unlike traditional gyms or health clubs, Fitness Together offers private personal training in fully equipped suites. Our science backed approach combines strength training, functional movement, cardio, and nutrition coaching to help clients achieve sustainable results. Trainers at Fitness Together focus exclusively on what matters. Coaching clients and creating a lasting impact. No selling. No floor hours. No chasing leads. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary starting at: $50,000to $52,000 per year
Performance Bonuses: Up to $1,000 per month
Total Compensation Potential: $50,000 to $65,000 or more Company provided health, vision, and dental insurance with 50 percent employer contribution

Consistent one on one personal training clients Most of our full time trainers operate within this compensation range once established. As a Fitness Together Personal Trainer You Will Design custom fitness programs based on each client's goals, health history, and movement assessment Modify exercises and routines for injuries, joint issues, or limited mobility Track progress and guide clients through long term, goal oriented training plans Deliver a positive, professional experience in every session Work closely with a team of personal trainers and fitness coaches Maintain a clean and safe private training suite Who We Are Looking For Certified Personal Trainer such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA or similar CPR and AED certified One year or more of training experience preferred Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred but not required Comfortable working with older adults, post rehab clients, and general population Strong interpersonal skills and a team first mentality Reliable and emotionally present for clients and team Availability for a consistent schedule including evenings or Saturdays Location Fitness Together Lynnfield
