Opportunity Highlights- Outpatient practice; perm position
- Join board certified physicians support by advanced practitioners
- Monday–Friday (36.5 patient contact hours)
- Partnership
- TeleNurse service for after-hours call
- Attractive package offering
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Illinois licensure (by start date)
- DEA by start date
- Experience with primary care procedures, preferred
