Public Health Nurse II - Child Health Lead

Union County, NC

The Union County Public Health Department seeks a Public Health Nurse II to provide advanced nursing care, lead a sub‑group within a project, and support disease prevention and health promotion in the community. Under general supervision, you will perform clinic and home‑visit duties, coordinate referrals, maintain records per EHR policy, and participate in community outreach and preparedness activities. Licensure in NC and BLS/CPR are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Union County, NC
